All UK orders under £100 are charged at £3 and are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery, taking between 1 and 3 days to arrive.
Items over £100 will be sent free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Both forms of delivery will require signed receipt and both forms of delivery are usually received the following day though no guarantee can be given to this due to possible circumstances beyond our control.
If you are not at home, the driver will leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour.
When and how will my order be delivered?
Delivery is fast, usually within 3-7 working days, subject to the item being in stock.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the item will take longer than 7 days to deliver, we will contact you with an approximate delivery date and the option of you continuing or of receiving a full immediate refund.
If the item is out of stock for a longer period and has to be created to order by our silversmiths, we will email you immediately giving you the option of you continuing with the order or of receiving a full immediate refund.
We will e-mail you to let you know when the purchase has been dispatched. Please note that the credit/debit cards are debited as the order is placed.
Can I send my order to a different delivery address?
Yes, if it is more convenient we can deliver to a different address e.g. your work. Don’t forget we can deliver to your family and friends anywhere in the world.
Can I send orders to more than one delivery address?
Yes, but you must place each order separately and will be charged postage for each different address.
Can I send orders to an address outside of the UK ?
Yes. Currently we can ship to anywhere in Europe for £10 and to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand for £15. Please email us if you want delivery to any other country as this can usually be accomodated
